Technical Specification for Counter Current Pool Machine

Hydraulic Unit

The Hydraulic Unit to comprise of adjustable counters current 5 Hp to 7.5 HP Hydraulic Motor, 3 Phase to pump oil which is driven by a hydraulic power pack, The Hydraulic hoses to be capable to with stand a high pressure of up to 2000 psi and are fitted with ISI approved level stainless steel fittings. The unit to be equipped with hydraulic fluid fitter, breather cap, reservoir, pump, relief valve flow control switch, manifold, float level switch, pressure gauge, hydraulic low pressure & high pressure connectors.

The Hydraulic Unit is housed in rigid 15” -17” Stainless Steel box. The propeller unit will be stainless steel of 304 grade Stainless steel. The propeller unit have a capacity to push up to 18000-22000ltrs min of water through grills that centralize straighten and smoothen the water current. The inside perimeter to be fitted with four stainless steel AISI 304 food grade benches and one stainless steel large grill beneath the rear bench to act as water flow return.

Adjustable Water Current Flow

Will have control knob through which the water current can be adjusted (reduced or increased) with a separate valve assembly and an analog speed control gauge.

Pneumatic Control

It will have pneumatic control start & stop air switch securely fixed at suitable location to automatically start & stop the entire electric circuit.
